Modern Style Dining Table

If you like the look of contemporary but do not want to pay the price the place the look is Loft Sofa. One eye catching piece they currently have is the “Contemporary Dining Table”. It is a glass top table with four lacquered colored legs with a nice spiral modern design to it. What is great about  this table is that most chairs can work with the look. The company, loft sofa, has the table in two sizes and in both black and white with a reasonable price.

Aluminium Chair by Tobias Labarque

Incredible contemporary Metal chair.  This chair is made completely out of aluminum and can be used indoors and out.  We think that the perforation ads a little something special to the chair.  This chair in some ways reminds us of the Pantone chair only redesigned in metal.

1950s Modernism: Architects & Designers: architecturaldigest.com

1950s Modernism

This is one of my favorite pieces.. The Barcelona Daybed by Van Der Rohe, it amazes me how a design made in the 1950’s is still as modern as most things being design now a day. This is a piece that can be use as a sofa or as a daybed in a living room, den, a guestroom if you don’t want a typical bed. Is minimalistic and sleek…it is a classic!… you can find a good quality reproduction  for a reasonable price at Loft Sofas in black, white leather or pony skin!

Why you should move to downtown

Why should you move to the new areas of downtown Miami, in a nutshell it is simple downtown Miami offers the most bang for your buck.  There are a huge number of new lofts and condos coming on the market. Many of these units are empty which makes it a great market to buy or rent a home.  We recommend a few buildings that are facing Biscayne Bay such as Quantum and Brickell on the River, and many more.  We single out Quantum because the building Quantum has affordable rental rates, great views and is a full service building.  When you move downtown you are starting a fresh new life, toss out all the old things from your traditional home and move into modern living.  Whether you home is loft style or more traditional we recommend taking a clean streamlined approach to living.  Meaning LESS IS MORE.   If you have not used something in the last year you dont need it.  Your new home can be inviting and comfortable with clean lined furniture and modern artwork on the walls.   Its your new apartment now its time to make it into a home.
